Aashray Adhikar Abhiyan (AAA) was formed in the year 2000 as a campaign for the rights of the urban homeless in Delhi, India. The rights of homeless people in India are enshrined in the Indian Constitution, as well as in various International Conventions and Treaties. However, according to AAA, homeless people in Delhi are subjected to discrimination and mistreatment.
